I've had the great opportunity to design for them in the past with my Favorite Things, Phoenix Rising, Excitations, Bundling Blanket and Bundling Bonnet patterns as well as helping lead the crochet portion of their KAL for their January 2018 Membership Crate. I'm also part of their tech edit team. And while the name may be KnitCrate but they are very crochet-inclusive!

The KnitCrate team does an excellent job of creating an all-around knit and crochet experience every month. Each crate comes with their in-house premium yarns (which are AMAZING and I almost always want a sweater quantity of them), and a booklet containing the month's patterns (along with how to download a digital copy) as well as details for other specials for the month. 

And if you're on Ravelry, the KnitCrate group is a fun community of makers who are always helpful and encouraging. Featured designers occasionally pop in, and various subscribers lead the KAL's (I hang out there sometimes, too).
